Do we need to meet in person?
Usually not. Scoping, reviews and handover work well over video with a shared workspace. If time on site would genuinely help, for example to see a process as it really runs, we’ll discuss it during scoping.

Usually established businesses where a process, a body of knowledge or a product is valuable enough to justify custom software, and where someone owns the outcome. Headcount matters less than that.
How do you access our systems securely?
Access is agreed in writing, limited to what the work needs and provided through accounts you control, so you can review or remove it at any time. Data handling and model providers are decided during discovery and documented.
What does it cost?
